Services cancelled in error (6 cell lines, uverse and internet all cancelled)!! ATT TERRIBLE

I have been with ATT a long time and have always paid my bills on time.  I got divorced and  after shelling out a lot of money to mean lawyers I was having trouble making that months payment.I  called and made a payment arrangement for May 15, but on April 15 my account was suspended for a week even though the rep who helped make the payment arrangement assured me my account would not be suspended . It took a week of calls, about 20 hours on the phone over the course of a week with no help from ATT reps, who always take forever to read the notes and always end up transferring one to another department. A week after I got the account off suspension, my accounts were cancelled!! due to system error-account was all paid. I have now spent an additional twenty hours over the course of week #2 , on the phone with ATT reps from various departments. I have been transferred numerous times, and disconnected from calls a few times, and promised to receive a call back three times-but I never receive a return call. Combined billing seems to be part of the problem. I still have no service, no TV, internet or cell. The hours on the phone are enough to cause one to go insane.The website has no option for emailing a complaint either. Please contact me ATT and fix this without having me wait another week for a tech to come set up my internet at home again! Please
