Service down for 7 days and counting. No work being done to fix.

My service has been down for 7 days due to an issue with a line (a line common to several houses on my street, not my houses service drop).  No progress has been made, in fact, nobody had been seen working to replace the line. This is causing data overages on our cell phones, severe inconveniences for schoolwork, bills etc.. We pay over $400 per month to AT&T for spotty cell phone coverage and now, zero internet. Anybody know of any other options?

We understand that all of your services are down and that is not good to here.  We can help you with getting this resolved.

 

The first thing that you will need to go to the Customer Outage board . Just enter your zip code and it will look to see if there is an outage in your area. 

 

If no outage is found, please reply to the private message that we will be sending you.

12 days without service and FINALLY someone came out to LOOK at the issue. They have told us it could be 2-3 weeks.  Complaints go nowhere.  Minimal communication from AT&T. How do customers get their voices heard by this company?
