Service and broadband lights blink red

HERE WE GO AGAIN!! with our monthly calling you guys everyday.then it will be ok for a week or two then we are right back on the phone with ypu guys.You would think for $50-$80 a month for internet (the bill is never the same for some reason) that it shouldnt just cut off all day every day...the red lights just keep blinking...broadband and service...I'm getting tired of this crap.All because of your service guys not fixing a problem in the main box by the road.I'm about ready to cancel my service...7 year customer.One of the largest and richest companies in the world have such horrible customer service is baffling

Well,reseting the router might would work if that was the problem...I was told again by the 3rd different service man that my problem is in a splice up the pole that is filling up with water or when the wind blows it drops me.you guys have me over a barrel with being the only company that provides service in my area....when that changes I'm gone.....stop being cheap and fix the problem
