Service address is not correct
I had my directv service moved and added AT&T fiber optic internet to my new location in Dec. 2018. I wanted to upgrade my receivers back in Feb. 2019 but was told my service address was still at my old house. I have been calling AT&T ever since to get my address updated and its been nothing but a hassle. I have wasted so much of my time trying to get what seems like an easy fix resolved. Has anyone else had this issue?

there is no online option to change the service address yourself. the only option will be to call att. Sales is the right department that can make the change. They need to create a move order in your account from the old address to the new address
