SEPTIC DRAIN FILL DAMAGE BY AT&T NEEDS TO BE FIXED RIGHT AWAY.

AT&T WE ARE STILL LIVING IN INHUMANE CONDITIONS DUE TO THE NEGLEGENCE OF YOUR AT&T WORKER. WE NEED THE CLAIM RESOLVED AT ONCE SO WE CAN GET REPAIRS DONE. WE HAVE BEEN LIVING LIKE THIS FOR 25 DAYS NOW. NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME TODAY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD. PLEASE GET SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME TO RESOLVE THIS RIGHT AWAY.

folks, I feel great sympathy for your situation, and hope you do come to a reasonable resolution soon.

However, please bear in mind, two things.

One: this is primarily a customer to customer message forum. Yes, a few employees do step in from time to time, but it is strictly on their own time, and in an unofficial capacity.

Two: Repeated postings about your situation will not get anything done any faster, as management, just does NOT read this forum.

One needs to contact ATT directly to get any action.

You can send a message to the care team, per the instructions already provided in an earlier post.

You can call their main number, 1-800-288-2020, but to be honest, your message to the customer care team would be more effective.

I am sending you a link in an private message that you might find useful. Please, do not share it.
