Help requested. Thanks for response. I trying to post question and asked for topic. No topic available and all entrties mad, which I thought to be descriptive, rejected. Therefore I could not post question.

Thanks. I have delayed answer as I do not know how to state my question/problem any better. Problem - ATT failed to make monthly charge  to correct credit card for monthly bill and I could not get ATT to recognize their error. I attempted to post question on forum but could not post. The reason for no post was "topic not available". Yes I have posted  previously and not encountered this difficult. I a long time (>30yrs) ATT customer. Have ATT wireless phones, landline Uverse, Internet .  Yes, ATT finally charged correct credit card.

May the above assist you in solving my problem. I admire your interest and this board has offered valuable assistance more than once.

@davidmccracken  Start with a generic topic. Is your issue wireless, internet, billing, etc? Once you post to a generic forum, if it is not specific enough then someone will move it to the appropriate forum where you will get better responses.
