Secure Mail Key

I have been trying to setup a secure mail key for the past several months with no success. I have been following the on-line setup instructions and when I get to the web page where I select the Sign In Profile information tile the next page is suppose to have a tile titled "Secure Mail Key" but I never see that!

I have a Windows 10 PC running Microsoft Office 2016. Not sure why this isn't working? Also, I have a Snip of the screen but haven't been able to upload that either! Any ideas?

We'll do our best to help, @kwdewell. We just have a few questions so we can get started.

When you go to our website to Create a secure mail key, do you make it to the section where you actually create the key?

How far down the list of steps do you get before it stops working?

Do you get an error message of any kind?

Aminah,

So no, I have never been able to actually create the key.

After login and selecting Profile I can select the "Sign-In Info" tile. The next screen is supposed to have a tile titled "Manage secure mail keys" but it isn't there. The tiles I see are: User ID, Sign-In Password, Online security question, and My Linked Accounts.

I never get an error message.

@kwdewell.

It may be just not appearing on the device or browser you're using. We'd recommend seeing if you can do it using the myAT&T app, and if not that, using different browsers or devices.

Let us know if this works!

I guess I will have to try the app. I have tried using Firefox, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge and they all have the same results. I guess i can manage my email from the Yahoo account although I like using outlook to manage email, appointments etc.

@kwdewell.

There may be other things we can try if this doesn't work, when you're ready please let us know how trying out the app goes!

Ramses,

I have loaded the AT&T app on my iPhone and attempted to go create the secure mail key and there is no change. Same options show up after going to Sign-in info. This is frustrating!
