I recently transferred my wireless billing responsibility to my wife who is an EMS worker to receive the EMS discount. I'm trying to transfer my internet account also, but keep getting the error message "SD024". As a result of the wireless transfer, I'm no longer able to access my directv account, but still have service. Most of the support for TOBR is for wireless which is already complete. How can I ensure that my 3 accounts (Wireless, Internet & Directv) are transferred to her name?
