SD024 Error
I recently transferred my wireless billing responsibility to my wife who is an EMS worker to receive the EMS discount. I'm trying to transfer my internet account also, but keep getting the error message "SD024". As a result of the wireless transfer, I'm no longer able to access my directv account, but still have service. Most of the support for TOBR is for wireless which is already complete. How can I ensure that my 3 accounts (Wireless, Internet & Directv) are transferred to her name?

THAT did not help.
I have walked through all of those steps and I got the message to call about accepting the responsibility and they told me I did not need to call to follow the steps. It is a vicious cycle that is not ending because I now am getting an error message saying sorry for the inconvenience we cannot help you do to a server error of SD024.
I have trying to fix this for almost an entire week now. I need assistance.
