SBCGLOBAL.NET Email: Unable to Login

For more than a month now I have had issues logging into my sbcglobal.com email account.  Throughout the day there are HOURS when I cannot login and access my email.  I consistently get the message: "Please make sure that your User ID and Password are both correct, and try again."  I have not changed either my user ID or password.  Sometimes it works but much more lately, it does not.  I can access my account via my cellphone but NOT my laptop.  I have tried different web browsers but no joy!  I am sick and tired of this happening.  I need to access my email on a consistent and reliable basis.  I'm going too switch my account at this point since AT&T is unreliable!

Hi There @kroelands66,

 

We understand that your email is very important to you. We will do what we can to get you back into your inbox.

 

This is a great starting point to get this email issue resolved.
1. Clear your cache and cookies and saved passwords.

2. Do a full reboot of the computer

3. When the computer reboots back up, please go to https://soc.att.com/2XWpccU

4. Then click on the words "Sign In"

5. Use your email address and password there. If you need a password reset please click on this link: password reset

6. After pressing submit or continue, the page should change and you should your name or the name on the account.

7. Click on the envelope icon to the right of your name and it should take you to your inbox.

This did not work and I still can't log in.  Safari says it can't establish a secure connection to loginprodx.  Any other solutions for my desktop, Mac OS X? Thanks
