Sbcglobal somehow blocking facebook reset email

Facebook keeps sending a password reset to my email at SBC global. I never received them. I cannot find any way they have been filtered. Why are they being blocked? I need it desperately to get back into my account

Let’s manage your blocked email contacts,

Using Currently.com we will want to review your settings to make sure the emails are not being blocked. When an email address is blocked, your mail account automatically deletes messages sent to you from that account. You'll never see emails from blocked accounts filtered in your inbox or any other email folders, including Spam and Trash.

Select the gear icon and then More Settings
Choose Security and privacy and do one of the following:
- To block - Select +Add, enter an email address, and then choose Save
- To unblock - Select a blocked email address, and then select the trash can

If that doesn’t work sometimes our security measures may block legitimate messages. To get this problem sorted out, the company whose IP address is blocked will need to send an email to the AT&T Postmaster staff at abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net.
