Rewards Card

I ordered my U-Verse and Internet services online to take advantage of the $100 gift card promotion. While ordering my service, I was also on a chat session with an AT&T representative that said he/she was giving me an additional $25 gift card. I received the information and applied for the $25 promotional gift card but have not received the information regarding the $100 gift card promotion. When should I expect this?

The important date here is the installation / activation date (and not the order date). You should receive a reward notification letter within 30 days after your service was installed and activated.

 

If it’s been at least 30 days since your service was installed and activated, please visit the online reward center and enter your account number and zip code. All of your eligible rewards will be displayed there.

 

If you still have questions on your reward, please contact the AT&T Reward Center by calling the number located on the contact us page. To help us answer your questions as quickly as possible, please have your AT&T bill on hand with the following information:

  • Services ordered
  • Date services were ordered
  • Date services were installed

When I subscribed to the fiber optic internet, part of the deal was getting a gift card. A few weeks after I got the service, I called about the gift card and was told to wait for 30 days and I'll get  a notification mail. I started checking all mails from AT&T but all I got were promotion offers.

 

This morning, I called them about the gift card and after an hour got a real person and was told, it was already expired, I then asked to be transferred to their supervisor but got disconnected. I called them again and waited for another 45 minutes until I finally got hold of the supervisor but was told they can't do anything once it's expired. I told them I haven't got anything yet on the mail, how can it be expired. The Supervisor I was talking to said he'll connect me to the Customer service, waited another 45 minutes but was again talking to reward center dept....that's when I give up. 

 

How can a gift card be expired without getting one in the first place?

Good Morning,

I switched to ATT from T-Mobile in September. We switched three phones/lines and turned in three Apple Phones to our agent. We were told we would $250 reward card per phone/line switch. We only received one $250 reward card. I have called and tried to make contact wuth the agent and customer service, I'm kept on hold 25-30 mins and still no one answers. This is incredible because that $500 was suppose to be used to pay off my phones from T-Mobile. Now i have a late bill from T-Mobile that will probably be on my credit and I was told my bill would be $250 its $299 a month. T-MOBILE was $230. We are very upset by this.
