Reward Center Not Working/Broken Link? HELP!

I received multiple emails allowing me to claim my $100 reward, then got an email that says "Your AT&T Visa® Virtual Account Reward is ready for you! Use your account to make purchases wherever Visa debit is accepted online, in the United States, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Click here to access your AT&T Visa Virtual Account. Begin using your virtual account immediately!"

However when I "click here," it is a broken link that leads me to a blank white page that doesn't load any content. When I go to  rewardcenter.att.com/reward it says I need my 16 digit gift card number but I was never given that, and when I click "Resend Reward ID email" it says "Error: Email cannot be sent". 

I just want to use my $100 gift card that I redeemed! Is there a way I can get a link that isn't broken so I can access the funds? Has anyone else had to deal with this?

I’m having the same issue. Why is this process so hard and complicated? I had to do TWO different rewards one virtual and one physical because they can’t be the same 😒 and neither one are working or have arrived. Yal should just send a gift card on your OWN when starting an account instead of creating this (Edited per community guidelines)ed system. 😡 ain’t nobody have time for this (Edited per community guidelines)&n(Edited per community guidelines)p;

@HmmrdwnAC i ended up getting access to the digital gift card a couple of weeks later! It (Edited per community guidelines) that it takes so dang long for it to be accessible, but I did get to use it in the end which was nice. Hopefully yours works soon too :(

This is the worst functioning website I've ever seen. I can't help but feel like it's because AT&T doesn't actually want us to get our credit. It's dishonest, unethical, and a really poor way to begin my relationship with AT&T as a customer.

Website for rewards is completely broken, I've talked to support said I'd get in a email in few days never got try talk support again left on hold for over a hour then hung up on and now I refuse to pay y'all anything till I get what's owed to me and my accounts suspended, so either give me my $250 card or my 1 month past due that y'all saying pay 2 to fix ain't happening ever, and legit why would I pay u 100 a month for 5g that's only 1/4 the speed of 4glte on cricket which is same company and network cause you own it.. (Edited per community guidelines) and I paid 55 there and never slowed down and had 50mbps up and down but y'all ban device updates and 5g to devices purchased flat out for 1000 frigging dollars that are supported on ur network and 100% device and carrier unlocked with no contracts holding my (Edited per community guidelines) phone or account back... So why did I switch to this elite 100 buck a month plan on at&t for far worse service and lied too about rewards, and deals and crap over and over ..

I have not received all rewards.  Missing $100 for the ACTNOW promotion when I signed up for Fiber.  I've called the 800 number and been on hold for 48 minutes waiting for an agent to answer my call.  Tried the live chat button on the website and it says "chat not available".  Now what?  Is there a customer service email address?

The ACTNOW reward takes about 45 days since you have to have 30 days of service to qualify for that reward. Be alert, the reward window is 75 days so once you get notice you need to claim it quickly or it will expire.
