reward card never existed!
I was told after I purchased internet online that I would receive a reward card $100. ITs been over 2 months and told repeatedly that it was processing and was taking a long time since the Pandemic. Apparently the Pandemic is an excuse for blowing smoke up someone's (Edited per community guidelines). I have the documentation from the agents that I was to receive the card but now they said it never existed. My husband and I had to even run our own conduit because they failed to realize they couldn't just mail our equipment. They then wanted to charge us for an install. This company is like every other internet/tv company, a bunch of lying , smoke blowing middle cl(Edited per community guidelines) abusers. Karma will hit, always does!
