Returning Equipment Denied by UPS Store
I had internet only and recently cancelled service. I took the router and box (shell) to the UPS store and the person would not send it stating that the AT&T Router was actually owned by me. He also said that the shell didn't have a battery in it, so he couldn't send that either. He said this was standard for this type of equipment. The customer service rep on the phone told me to return the equipment to the UPS Store. So which one is correct here? Thanks.
