Returned Check Charge
My bill reflects a $30 charge for a "Returned Check Charge" on 8/19 and $2 in fees. I double checked my bank statements and the money was processed on 8/18 and went through. Not sure why I was charged and also would like to resolve it. I could just pay it but I feel that At&t has made a mistake since the money was in my account, my bank processed it and At&t is the only one stating it was returned.

At&t just kept explaining to me what i did wrong. no resolve. just that i have to pay it. I was honestly hoping (since they are a huge corporation) that resolving this issue and winning me over with customer service would be more important. But i'm stuck paying the $32 for two cycles ago...
