Restore Internet Service Help

good afternoon.

my internet service has currently been suspended due to a past due balance i have been in the hospital due to COVID-19  and suffering from other health issues that required for me to be hospitalized longer than i thought which put me out of work, i am also a full time college student and now that i am back home i can’t get anything done without internet service. i reached out to multiple representatives to see if something could be done but i’ve been told nothing could be done until i paid the balance $200.

any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. i'm in my last year of college and i can’t fail now 😭
