Request for a refund and to close the account
We are a UK based business that used to have an office in the US, and our phone, fax and internet services were provided by AT&T. We have closed that office many years ago, and notified ATT at the same time. Unfortunately, we continued to be charged for the cancelled service ever since, despite our attempts to contact you to cancel the direct debit. The account holder left the organisation at the same time so we are unable to cancel the account.
The last e-mail to PaymentHelper@att.com was sent over 2 weeks ago and it continues unanswered (Incident: 230829-000015). We would be grateful if we could get an answer from you together with a refund of the money taken since we closed the account.
