Registration/Authentication Error

I have had AT&T Uverse for almost a week now and am unable to authenticate/register my connection. I am able to access some websites, but not all. I will be directed to this website below:

It is my understanding you are having a login issue with your AT&T Internet Account.  We know it is important to get this fixed for you.  I will be happy to offer my assistance.


Even though you know your correct login information, we will ask you to go through the reset password process as this will often re-sync your account.  If this fails to resolve the matter please visit our Digital Assistance Center.  At their website you will find their current contact information.  This team specializes in resolving AT&T login issues.
