We can help you restore your  suspended Wi-Fi service @MeGrezaffi

First, you have to make all pending payment on your account to bring the account to an active status again.

Acceptable payment methods include online payments, over the phone payments, in person payments, and payments by mail.

Here’s how to get your service up and running again:

  1. Pay the full past-due balance on your account.
  2. Wait five minutes.
  3. Turn your device off and on again to reactivate your service.

Important details:

  1. Monthly plan fees continue even while service is suspended.
  2. Your next bill will contain a service reconnection or restoral fee.
  3. Multiple suspensions for nonpayment may delay your ability to upgrade with our best pricing

If your account is suspended for non-payment, you need to pay a reconnection fee when you reactivate your service. This is also called a restoral fee.

We encourage you to enroll your account for AutoPay. You save time and avoid possible late fees when you automatically pay your bill each month, and you enjoy $5 to $100 off your monthly bill when you sign up for AutoPay and paperless billing!

Please feel free to reach out again if you need further assistance to restore your service.
