please help
hi so i signed up for att awhile ago like in the beginning of summer and i was told id get $1000 worth of money in rewards card and that they’d be shipped to my house but i never got them they told me id be sent 5 cards worth $200 each i was sent an email saying that id have to claim the reward and i did but i was never mailed the reward

If your service is activated less than 6 weeks ago then it will take 6 weeks from activation to receive the notification with instructions on how to claim the reward
claim the virtual reward on AT&T Reward Center (http://sm.att.com/c9f89783) where you will also be able to to track status of rewards and find further reward information.
If your service is activated more than 6 weeks ago, please contact reward Center at 877.258.1427
