Payment Dispute

I canceled my Direct TV back in 2019- I have my CHASE Card on File for my AT&T internet for $52.20-I have been working from home and I took a look at my Chase Card Activity and noticed that AT&T has been helping themselves since 11/4/19-$161.47, 1/1/20-159.28, 02/01/20-156.01, 03/04/20-$160.28 and $160.20. What I want done today is that AT&T to please put my money back into my account with a confirmation. My AT&T cell Number is [EDITED per Community Guidelines - removed personal information].

this is a customer forum not at&t so no one here can refund your money, how did you cancel directv? the only way to do so is to call and cancel, and unless you have proof you succesfully cancelled they arent going to refund and then they are only responsible for 3 months once you notify them in writing about the dispute. but you still must call to make sure its cancelled
