I wanted to know if I was able to make a partial payment of my bill & still get service.

Call 800.288.2020 and say 'Billing' to speak to a representative.

if your service is still active, can make a partial payment and schedule the balance... will be charged a $9 late fee.
If your service has been suspended, requires full payment to activate the service per the Terms Of Service agreement (TOS)
