Owed money many times over.

I'm so tired of this so far I been ripped off at least 3 times , this last time was the worst. I cancelled my cable but kept my internet, I followed all their instructions, they charged a cancel fee which I paid . Yet they kept charging more than they were supposed to. I spoke to probably 8-12 people the last few months and said they would change it and reimburse me. So they said wait 1 month I waited and nothing happened, so I called they kept saying same thing and I would follow instructions they would say they will correct it and of coarse nothing happens. then not only after months of not doing anything they charged me for late payment and a fee to turn my net back on. It said online that I didn't pay bill after 1 month so I called again talked to 4 more people they admit it was their fault and said they would fix it all I wanted was the next month to fix bill and take off what they owed which thats what they said they would do . I work at home because of this coronavirus and had to pay these ridiculous prices or be out of a job and nobody there cares. I not only pay every month on time for almost 2 years but pay early usually and also have At&t cell I give them business and this is what I get I want to keep the service but if they can't fix this I'm done and do something about it. I wanna give them one more chance or I'm canceling my cell and my home internet. And I still haven't mentioned last year how they ripped me off and let that slide because the same kinda thing happened where I would call and call they would promise to fix issue and never did. This took so much of my time its disturbing such a huge company ripping working class people off especially at a time where its so hard to work because of this virus.

@Constructive what? No i am forced to pay the bill or be out of a job. Because I need the internet to work .And they say all their calls are recorded so they can see that I have been honest. Excuse me for my typing errors but its late I just paid my bill which is more than it should be and I have to pay or be out of work like I said ... My god man I dont like to waste my time writing a darn S.A. late at night because I'm getting overcharged after speaking with 8 or more people the last few months. I'm tired and out of options , they admit they are wrong yet months go by and nothing. Sorry maybe you can be my English teacher. And I speak 3 different languages. And I doubt your a employee, is that what you do make fun of people in your smug way, because maybe i worded something a little confusing ? I literally wrote this quick on my phone, I posted it and look to see if any errors, then try to correct them the best I can, you seriously responded within 30 seconds wow! If you really are a employee maybe you should try helping people, like I said all calls are said to be recorded. This is my first time using this site because I'm out of ideas and frustrated and you attack a honest person trying to get my situation resolved. And yes I do work from home and forced to pay net or if it gets shut off I can lose my job just like they did to me last month but thank god I wasn't working when they shut it off. And yes they admitted it was their mistake yet did nothing about it after they said they would resolve it immediately.

Wow, not helpful at all and just rude. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Oh man, I feel for you. I have no solutions, but just wanted you to know that you are not alone. Life is so difficult, companies are all about getting the money and leave customers hanging. The programs they set up to brag about in advertising are rarely functional, and the attitudes of the employees are deplorable. I just wanted to encourage you to not give up. For every problem, there is a solution, and it could just happen for you when you least expect it. Sincerely, a friend in Texas.

Just thought of something, since you might not be able to get help here, it could be worth it to join Twitter and tweet the situation to the At&t account manager. Just screenshot this conversation to prove that the uncompensated "employees" here blew you off and didn't offer any solutions and they will probably be ashamed of the negative attention and help you out of spite. Just an idea.
