Outlook 2007 under Windows 10

Hi,

I've got Outlook 2007 that worked great under Win7; but, due to a computer crash, I had to learn to use Win10 on my new machine.

After successfully finding my old e-mails and Calendar, I still can't get Outlook 2007 to Send/Receive e-mails after over a week of unsuccessful tries.

Settings:

Name & e-mail are correct

POP3 Account

Incoming mail server: inbound.att.net

Outgoing mail server (SMTP): outbound.att.net

Under the Advanced TAB:

Incoming server (POP3): 965

This server required an encryped connection (SSL) is CHECKED

Outgoing server (POP3): 465

Use the following type of encrypted connection: NONE

Thanks for any help you could provide...I'm BEYOND Frustrated!!!

Hi, @Mark_Ulrich.

We are here to help.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

In order to send or receive mail through outlook, you are going to need to use an OAuth mail key.

There are versions of outlook though that are non compatible with OAuth, these versions range from 2019 to the version that you are using.

We suggest that you create a secure mail key, so that you can send or receive those emails.

Let us know if this works.
