- Where is this outage?
- What is going on with the repair?
- why is it so hard to get information from AT&T ?! ….. it’s like pulling teeth and still can’t get a straight answer from anyone..
- why does AT&T reps keep saying that service will be back in 24hrs ?!

Is your outage the same one the OP reported over two weeks ago? I'm going to guess not so why not just start your own thread and provide some details?
First, this is primarily a customer to customer forum so obviously none of us can give you that info. You can check the outage page that ATTHelp provided but that's about all you're going to get in the way of information.
The AT&T people the public can interface with know what you see on that page and that's pretty much it because AT&T has decided there should be no communication between repair and customer service. Stupid, I know, but that's how it is. If you keep pressing them for info, they're just going to lie to you to get you off the phone.

We also facing same issues from 3rd October to till date (24 October) our internet is not working due to outage and same answer we received from At&t every day that our technicians are working by 24 hrs your outage get resolved within 24 hrs but after 21 days they are not able to fix outage 😡 I also file complaint at FCC. after that I received call from AT&T President office and they are also not able to find where the exact issue still they are saying we are working on it but not able to give estimate when issue will get resolve.
