Hi there, @Coupon. We understand that your internet has been down for 18 hours. That is a long time indeed to be out of service. We can help you look into why and when it will be fixed.
The best place to get any sort of information on outages in your area is by going to our outage portal. Once there, go to the "Find outages in your area." section and click on the correct radial button, and then input your zipcode, and click on the button to the right. If there are any outages in your area, then they will be displayed there, with information on what is happening and an estimated time for restore.
