Original security question answer and original pin how do I find it

Are you trying to gain access to your old account? If so, please follow these steps to rest the password:

1. Go to att.com/myatt.
2. Select Forgot password?
3. Fill out the password info.
4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
5. Create your new password.

Since you do not rememebr the original security questions, you can choose the temporary password option.

For the accout pin, was this an inernet or wireless account? Depending on which one, this will alter how we help you find out that information.
