We're here to help with your email, @mcguck.
Are you using an email app such as outlook or a web browser? Have you checked for any pending browser, app or system updates?
We have more information on how to troubleshoot your email. If you are using an email app then scroll down to the 3rd Party Mailbox section for more information on how to troubleshoot this issue including updated settings for your email.
Let us know if this helps!

Problem still not solved. I'm not using an app. ATT Troubleshooter says they check all the lines and find no problems. This only affects my desktop computer, not phone or IPAD.

Hi, @mcguck.
We recommend that you use a different browser if you are having trouble receiving your emails. We suggest that you clear your browser history, cookies, and cache as there may be something blocking them.
We also recommend that you check your settings for your email, to make sure they are correct. You can try switching the settings to IMAP because there may be a problem with the POP settings that is causing the emails to not come through.
Let us know if this works.

Hey there, @mcguck!
Just to clarify, we do understand that you are accessing your e-mails on your desktop computer, but there are multiple ways to do so. You can view them via Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, Yahoo, Currently, and many others. Can you let us know how you view your e-mails?
When it comes to POP or IMAP settings, we use the following information:

Paint me seriously confused, So which is it? You're using Live Mail or the browser? If Live Mail, where did you get it? Are you still on Windows 7?

Hello @mcguck,
While we work on getting this issue resolved you can always access your email at Currently.com.
You mentioned you were getting an error message when trying to receive mail on your desktop. May we ask what the exact error message you are getting is?
Windows Live Mail was actually discontinued and is an email client or app. Microsoft replaced it with Outlook. With that being said we may want to look into using the current email client that is still supported to receive your mail.
Also when using a client or app such as Windows Live Mail and Outlook you will want to keep in mind that AT&T has recently updated our security measures for emails, if you are using these to access your email you will have to use OAuth or create a secure mail key.
We would also like to follow up on the IMAP and POP settings, were you able to successfully change the settings to IMAP?
Thank you for reaching out @mcguck we look forward to helping you out.
