When trying to log in to take tutorial for copyright infringement I get message " You are not an active HSIA user".

How to resolve this issue?

Good morning @Esjay1,

In order to rake the Copyright Infringement tutorial, you need to make sure you are signing in with your primary AT&T email address.  You can find out what is your primary account email address by going here.

Thank you for accessing the Community Forums, and have a wonderful week.

I also tried logging in but it isn't working. I know my user id and password and I can log into my att just fine but every time I try to log in to watch the tutorial I keep getting, " Not an Active HSIA user." How do I log in to watch it?

I did call AT&T and they were able to help me. We have phone, internet and direct tv all bundled and the username for them was not the same as my actual AT&T username and password. Kind of confusing but he was able to find the other username, log in under it and sent me a link from it to reset the password for it and it worked.
