NOT ACCEPTABLE VERY DISAPPOINTING

I canceled my internet service over a month ago I called AT&T internet support to ask how to do it the right way, a lady answered and said that all I needed to do was to send the equipment by UPS and she took care of the rest... and I even oaid in full for that month even though I didn't use it all... I switched providers about two weeks ago and for my surprise I'm still being charged in full for both the internet that I haven't used for over a month and the phone line that I don't even have with AT&T... why ?

OK I CALLED AT&T SUPPORT AND THEY DID WHAT THEY COULD TO FIX THE PROBLEM... BUT NO!!! THEY SAID THEY FIX IT AND NOW I GET A DIFFERENT BILL... THIS IS NOT RIGHT, I'M NOT JUST GOING TO SHARE THIS EXPERIENCE IN SOCIAL MEDIA I AM BEING FORCED TO FILE A FEW COMPLAINTS
