Happy to help you start streaming Bally on your iPhone and Roku, Deb4635!
Try signing out of the app, including your Bally Sports account, if you have one, and sign back in. This has helped several customers who were having trouble streaming on the Bally Sports app.
If that doesn't work, let us know what happens when you try to stream:
This will help us determine if the problem is on our end or Bally's, and figure out how to proceed.

heres the message I get:

Thanks for the update, Deb4635. Did you try the troubleshooting steps we sent?
I even deleted Ballys app and reinstalled. Doesn’t work on Roku either.

What did support at Bally's say?
They were no help. Just basically delete everything and start over
Have you tried resetting your U-verse credentials, that you use to log into the app?
We recommend that you reset your password as this may resync your services and your account.

Have you attempted to stream the content via a desktop or laptop? If so, do you continue to get the same error message?
Also, how long ago were you able to successfully stream content from the app? That can help us establish a timeline of events that may have lead up to the error occurring.

its been at least a month I would say
Let's have you try streaming it from your desktop so we can determine if it's something account related or device related.

I have this same issue. How did you fix it Deb?
You must be a DirecTV subscriber in order to access Bally's sports programming. I had this problem last Fall. It's a contractual issue, not a technical issue.
