Non-existent customer service for DSL

Cannot contact anybody to replace broken DSL modem. Are they phasing it out and replacing it with something else? Why can't I get in touch with anybody on the phone about it?

Customer service (1-800-288-2020) is working with a reduced staff because of the current pandemic our nation is facing. They are answering calls as quickly as possible but patience is necessary.

It's weird being the same age as old people. 😊
