No trust

Att&t. Tech pulls up. My service goes down spends 4 hours telling me it should come back up. He made all the connections at the main box. Hes not sure why my service is still down. Everything worked great before he showed up to upgrade my service.  No I have no service. Tells me must me a outage. Funny nobody else on my street has a outage. App dosent show outage. It's the next day i still have no service. And nobody can give me a answer. Really bad service!!!!!
