No Cell Phone

How many times do I have to tell AT&T I do not have a cell phone?  I have told you at least 199 times by telephone, email, message I do not have a cell phone. I am sure that are one thousand senior citizens have the same problem. But you are AT&T how many times do I have to repeat the answer ?

I believe 1bout ten times a day, ATT.COM says I can not sign in because I haven't told ATT my cell phone.
