New phone can't get in account to set it up

Got a new phone. Login and password need redone. Can't get in to redo

Cell phone or landline? What does that have to do with internet service? Why do you think you need to login to anything to set it up? Only a prepaid cell phone would require logging in to select and pay for a plan. Maybe try the appropriate phone forum.

First, we recommend attempting to reset the password on your end using these steps:

  1. Go to reset your password.
  2. Enter your user ID and the last name associated with your ID.
  3. Choose your verification method and follow the prompts.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password.

Along with those steps, can you let us know if you receivng an error code of any kind? This will help us provide more personalized troubleshooting.
