Never Received Promotional Gift Card
I signed up for internet and Direct TV Stream with an AT&T Promotional Representative that solicited me at my home on 12/1/21. As part of the promotion, they told me that I would receive a $150 gift card within 6-8 months of having service. I called AT&T Help @ 800-288-2020 and representative Allie told me that I had never received the promotional gift card and she stated that she would document my concern and let me know that I needed to call a different department at 866-342-4271. I called and spoke to representative Caroline who then told me that because I did not collect the card within 4 months of service initiation that the promotion has expired. What kind of scam is this? Does anyone know of a corrective recourse that works?
