My internet isn’t working well and all calls are dropping

My internet isn’t working per the ATT Device Help app. I’ve turned off Wi-Fi and reset router already but my

 phone is also dropping almost every call I get. I don’t know what to do. It didn’t give me problems until I moved a week ago and it’s in the middle of the city. Troubleshooting says no outages. Please help! Thank you

@annenich42, if you have a device that is not connecting, try these two fast fixes for Internet and WiFi troubleshooting

  • Restart your internet service/ modem
  • Restart your device 

The above can help clear backend processes in the device that could be preventing you from connecting to Wi-Fi.
