My account canceled 😞

My account has been canceled 😞  because I stopped  service due closed my office and lost .now I reopen again my office I would like reactivate but I surprised the bill over $280 . I didn't use service? How can I resolve it

@Haitham77   This is a PUBLIC forum so you probably don't want to post your email in here unless you enjoy getting more spam.  Click the 3 dot menu next to your post and use the Edit option to remove that.

If you've never been sent a DM here before, you won't see the icon until they send one. Plus you must be signed in to see it.

Then it will look like the pic below with a red strobe dot at the top of the forum page.  For reasons unknown, sometimes ATTHelp doesn't send the DM right away, so hang in there.
