Moving Services

I am trying to have my services moved over to a new address and no one is answering the phone. Every time I call, the line rings once, picks up, and then disconnects. If I could have some help with this, that would be great, because I'm not sure what to do at this point.

Hi I called (800) 331 - 0500 that worked for me yesterday afternoon. I hope it works today. I spoke with a live person, got what I wanted, less than ten minutes. Give it a try and good luck to you. Stay safe out there.

hold times are upwards of 2 hours with some people getting lucky and only holding 40 minutes to an hour

@Constructive I do not mind waiting. I understand with everything going on there will be a delay. I just really need the internet at my new home address for my online classes. Will advanced technical support be able to help because I'm desperate and the other number for moving services is not working?
