Moving ATT line to new pole

I am building a new house and my power company has installed a new pole and relocated their line to the new pole but the ATT line is still on the old pole and I need to get it moved to the new pole.  

I live in Dallas, GA 30157.  My power company has notified ATT and the work order number they gave me is NJUNS # 4690075.  The line has not been moved yet and is holding up the building process. 

Can you please tell me what needs to be done to accomplish this task?

The power company has to submit an intent to work. It’s not a fast process sometimes taking months to years to get complete
