Missing $250.00 card
For NEW service I was supposed to get a $250.00 card. Get the run around every time I call about it. Now they say I need a bill from another provider and a ETF fee to get the $250.00. Who else has been deceived like this?

The broken promise is pointed to another department (rewards) that does not honor the new account reward. This department states the reward is to cover the etf. I had no previous service but the main decision i decided to get AT&T internet was the 250.00 offer. My opinion is this is a lie to get my business then refer me to another department to get out of the 250.00 commitment.
