Lying representatives

I cut the cord because my Uverse was going to increase $50 a month due to increases and promotions expireing. I decided to do direct tv streaming and was told when i had a streaming account set up i would keep my $20 internet promotion.  They needed a direct tv streaming account number to migrate account  representative name was Mellisa and left notes in account. I received a call from someone from Att asking if I wanted to sugn up for att fiber. He said my bill was $76 for internet ( the last internet bill was $43) i called the customer retention dept and AJ the representative talked to the PS ( I think) department they said they wouldnt honor the internet promotion even though the notes were in the account because Millsa didnt put the order in right. This is your mistake not mine. That god i never changed my cell phone from Verizon.  I will be dropping Att and at least I can feel valued as a customer i have been a Att customer for at least 15 years
