Locked out of my account because of "let's make sure it's you" page

Hello everyone,
So I've got more than 20 devices with ATT (business account) and I've been locked out because of this page for month. ATT agent who I call keep opening and closing tickets without resolution. The issue is that the system changed the way it sends the 2FA code. Previousley I could choose my phone number or an email address. But none of the numbers shown below are mine (or at least still working).  Please help me.

This AT&T Community forum is primarily customer-to-customer help so obviously none of us will be of much use in solving your issue.  It's also for residential customers.  Business accounts should be using their AT&T contact but since yours seems flaky the next best thing might be to post in the Business Community forum.

Tony,

After 4 months of waiting no one was able to help me. Can you suggest some other place to ask questions like this? It's been 9 months already. We pay more than a thousand dollars per month and no one even tries to help me.

The only thing left is to file an FCC complaint.

Fill out the form HERE.

This will get the FCC to contact the AT&T Office of the President on your behalf.  Once the OoP people get the notice (seems almost instantaneous) they should respond to it within 24 hrs (sometimes even on weekends) and they may be able to get things done.  Once you submit, make sure you're ready to get a call from a number that isn't familiar.  If you miss it your chances of calling back and getting a successful result goes down.

Good luck!
