Local Issue or AT&T is blocking a website

Hi,

I have been trying to access my web hosting provider's website - www.hostcolor.com - from Pearland, Texas and from my NY place, in both places I have AT&T connection. However, I get "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" message, see below. I checked with my VPN and asked friends to open the website from a number of locations and it worked. The website is not loading on AT&T connection only. Any idea? Could it be any caching issue of AT&T is filtering this website?

Hello @bizaddress,

We understand your getting a error message when trying to access your web hosting provider's website. Don't worry, we can help figure out what's going on here.

Have you tried clearing your cache and browser data?

Are you using google chrome by chance?

Also please reboot your router after clearing your cache.

@ATTCares Thanks. I'm working with an AT&T tech to resolve the issue which persists. I have been told that it has something to do with my static IP address. I'll post an update.
