Legacy Email account

I have an old legacy email account from the early 90's.  This is a hold over used to validate a number of site access points.  I can get to this from my web browser, but suddenly, over Easter weekend 2019, I can no longer receive any email using Outlook 2016.  This happened before and I had to get an Encryption Key from AT&T.  What happened this time and what do I need to do to reset this please.

Hello there, @dlmichael,

We'd be happy to help! AT&T recently made some enhancements to the security of AT&T email. You may need to Create a new Secure Mail Key to continue using your email client.
