Left the country need urgent help with my account

Hi,

i have a problem. I left the country and totally forgot to cancel my internet account. I do not have Internaional calls although I did see that another person in the forum got help with exactly the same situation with @ATTcares through here.

 

was crossing my fingers I could also get help!!

Here's the number you can call to cancel in the business hours (800.288.2020) Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. local time
Saturday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. local time.

Thanks, maybe they can help me any other way? Someone has to be able to just stop the service if I give them the info. Maybe email (coming from the email subscribed even in the actual account?).
