Just spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service and they hung up on me.

I just spent 2 hours on the phone with AT&T customer service and they hung up on me.  I was trying to explain to them that I Canceled my internet account and phone account in June and they continued to bill me thru August.  Any suggestions on where to go next?

I don't know know if you end up in the same place or not when navigating the phone tree but ask for "billing" instead of "customer service".  Hopefully they are different and you actually end up with the billing department.  Asking for "retentions" might also lead to some place useful.
