Is AT&T Rewards Card a Bogus just to Lure New Customers ?
I initiated AT&T internet service with the promise of getting a $100 AT&T reward card. But I did not receive the reward card as promised. I contacted the Customer Support and Reward Center and was informed I would not be receiving the reward card because the 120 day threshold had expired.
When I initiated the service, I was not informed about the 120 day threshold period. I received monthly bills from AT&T, but I did not receive any correspondence related to the AT&T reward card.
I would like to know if the promise of an AT&T Reward Card is a bogus just to lure new customers ? Did AT&T has any intention of honoring the promise?
