Phone will not connect to AT&T home WiFi, has connected in the past. Phone does connect to other WiFi. I have other iOS devices which connect just fine.

Yes, it is. Unplug your gateway for 20 seconds and then reconnect; let us know what happens.

Have you tried restarting the phone by pressing and holding the Power and Home buttons until the screen blanks and Apple logo appears?
