Internet usage not showing up in app or online website?!
I can view my wireless info but my internet usage is completely missing from the att app and on the website here online. I am so confused, it's as if my account is showing that I have no internet and on top of that my internet has been having many problems connecting on my laptop. Here is the notification I receive.
I made payment arrangements last month for my previous bill and everything seemed fine but now I have run into this issue. Is this just a crappy side effect of att's terrible website and app or should I be worried?
Please also note : When I run tests to check my internet it gives me an alert saying I need a technician to come out for an in home visit. However, when I attempt to schedule the appointment I am met with a notice that says something along the lines of 'we can not schedule an appointment for you.' Very confused, any help would be appreciated as I already know I will probably have to spend a few hours talking to people in a different country that are "trying" to help my problem.
